Missing ad rewards
Check whether the ad finished and your connection is available, then report the time and reward type. Closing an ad early does not grant a reward. Server verification may take time. Do not delete the app or reset its data as a troubleshooting step.
Purchases and refunds
Tickets are consumable products. Include the purchase time, product name and current balance. Refund requests can be made through Apple's official process. Never send your payment password or card number.
Accounts and privacy
Use Settings > Account > Delete account. Apple-linked accounts require confirmation. If you cannot access the app, contact support by email. Deletion forfeits remaining virtual currency; transaction retention and disposal follow the Privacy Policy.
Changing devices
Tickets and items for an account are allocated to one device at a time. Use Settings > Account > Move to Another Device on the previous device before connecting on the new one. Check your account and sync status before deleting or resetting the app. Contact support if the previous device is unavailable.
Language, text size and motion
Settings offers 한국어, 日本語 and English, text size and Reduce Motion. Change tracking permission for this app in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Sync recovery
Sync recovery is separate from account deletion. It clears unsent records and detaches the current attempt while preserving completed stages and stars. Remaining daily free allocations expire. Remaining allocations of ad tickets, paid tickets and undos move to support review and are not automatically returned. Read the in-app confirmation before proceeding and contact support when needed.
